Rental Rates for The Pelican's Nest

$250 per night - 8 guests (low season) November/ May.

 

$285 per night – 8 guests (high season) June/October & Holidays (minimum 7 day rentals in July and August).

 

Holidays: Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas (high season rates)

$20  each additional guest per night over 8 (12 maximum)

1% Oregon State Lodging Tax

 

CLEANING FEES: $100.00 non-refundable cleaning fee for up to 8 guests. $150.00 Non-refundable cleaning fee over 8 guests or with pets. $300.00 cleaning/damage refundable deposit. $450.00 cleaning/damage deposit with pets

PETS: Well behaved pets are allowed with permission only and the signing of a pet agreement.  $10.00 per night per pet. Limit 2

 

All rates are for up to 8 guests and are subject to change at any time.

2 night minimum stay

4 night minimum stay during holidays

All other rates remain the same as above. Check back for specials.
